Key Tasks: Provide 1st Line support and fault resolution. Handle in-bound alert and call. Capture prescribed info. Perform scripted run-books for repeatable fixes or requests. Follow the agreed engineering practices. Maintain assets across the Call Credit estate. Follow security and currency standards. Log and investigate problems and incidents via the agreed ITSM toolset. Escalate to 2nd Line support.
